The Merits Pioneer 4 Mobility Scooter features a stable four-wheel design with a sliding captain’s seat and a 400 lb weight capacity. It includes a 4-inch ground clearance, headlight, tail lights, turn signals, and hazard lights for visibility.

The hydraulic adjustable tiller allows for personalized positioning. Depending on configuration, it offers speed options of 4, 5, or 6 mph and a travel range of up to 18 miles per charge under standard conditions. A 39-inch turning radius and electromagnetic braking system support controlled handling for daily mobility use.

Power Chair Warranty – Limited Lifetime

Merits Health Products, Inc. provides a limited warranty on the main frame of the Easy Go wheelchair against defects in materials and workmanship for the expected lifetime of the power chair, up to five (5) years.

For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Merits will repair or replace, at its discretion, any of the following components found to have defects in materials or workmanship when evaluated by an authorized representative: electronic controllers, wiring harnesses, chargers, and motors. Labor costs associated with installation or repair, as well as freight charges, are not included under this warranty.

Items Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not apply to:

• Tires
  
• Plastic or rubber components
  
• Upholstery and arm pads
  
• Painted surfaces
  
• Seating components
  
• Bearings
  

Merits Health Products, Inc. will repair or replace eligible parts once return authorization has been obtained through an authorized dealer. Parts must be returned fully insured with prepaid shipping within the applicable warranty period. Labor and freight costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, neglect, accidents, misuse, or modifications performed by individuals or service providers not authorized by Merits Health Products, Inc.
