Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt before they ship. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

We work with trusted carriers to get your products to you safely and efficiently.
Standard Shipping (USA)
- Delivery in 5–7 business days after processing
- Best for most mobility scooters, bikes, and wheelchairs
Please note the following:
- Shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes is not available.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico is currently not available. Please contact us at info@everrideusa.com
Please note that delivery speed can vary depending on your location, product size, and carrier service availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
International Shipping
At this time, Ever Ride USA primarily ships within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., additional shipping fees, taxes, duties, or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact our Support Team and we’ll help you track and resolve the issue.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if the carrier marks the package as delivered but you can’t locate it, contact us right away at info@everrideusa.com. We’ll work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
