Thank you for shopping with Ever Ride USA. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products purchased from our online store.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, or used may not be eligible for return.

  • Special-order or customized products are not returnable unless defective.

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@everrideusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

  • Please ship with a trackable carrier and insure the package, we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition.

  • Promotional discounts were applied.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or a replacement, please contact us at info@everrideusa.com with your order details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Defective or Damaged Items

We inspect all orders before shipment, but in the rare case that your item arrives defective, damaged, or missing parts, we will make it right.

To report a defective or damaged item:

  1. Email info@everrideusa.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the damage.

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and ship a replacement once approved.

Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Products assembled, modified, or used

  • Special-order or customized items
