Journey Health & Lifestyle™ provides a 12-month limited warranty for this product, covering defects in materials, workmanship, and assembly when used under normal conditions.

Coverage Details

• 12 months: Frame, motor, and mechanical or electrical components
  
• 6 months: Battery, tires, fabric seat, seat back, and seat cushion
  

If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, Journey may repair or replace the affected part or product with a new or refurbished component. Some replacement parts may be shipped with instructions for self-installation.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or shipping
  
• Unauthorized repairs or product modifications
