The EV Rider Gypsy Q2 is a lightweight mobility scooter designed for travel and everyday use. Weighing approximately 46 lbs including the battery, it features a compact folding design that reduces to a carry-on size for easier transport and storage. The scooter provides a travel range of about 7–10 miles per charge under standard conditions and is powered by a 24V 11.6Ah lithium-ion battery. It supports users up to 250 lbs and is available in Ocean Blue, and Gypsy Red color options.

Three-Year Limited Warranty
All structural frame components—including the platform, seat post, and frame—are covered for three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
One-Year Limited Warranty
For one (1) year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of EV Rider, LLC at no cost for the part. Labor charges are not included. The purchaser is responsible for delivering the scooter to an authorized repair facility. Proof of purchase, the serial number, and the purchase date are required for all warranty claims. For warranty service, please contact the dealer or company from whom the EV Rider product was purchased. Batteries are also covered under a one (1) year warranty.
One-Year Warranty Exceptions
- Motor: The warranty does not cover cases where there is an increase in operational noise. Increased noise typically results from misuse or excessive strain on the scooter.
- Batteries: Batteries purchased separately or in addition to the batteries included with the scooter are covered by EV Rider for one year from the purchase date of the unit, except for the Stand-N-Ride scooter.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the scooter and does not cover:
- Batteries that are provided free with the scooter (refer to the EV Rider invoice or packing slip for details).
- Consumable items that may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery, seating, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds, and footrest covers.
- Damage caused by battery fluid leakage or spillage, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, improper maintenance or storage, commercial use, or use outside normal operating conditions.
- Use of the scooter for purposes other than the purchaser’s personal mobility.
- Repairs or modifications made to any part of the scooter without prior written authorization from EV Rider, LLC.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
