I am pleased with the scooter, it arrived packaged very nicely and sturdily. Scooter seems to be a good quality, and is heavy duty. The is a little difficult to read through. Some of the items are not translated or communicated very well.. be certain that the switch under the seat is in on position when you’re operating it and charging it. It’s been a good scooter. It moves swiftly, and I am really enjoying it.

This scooter works well on hard surfaces, but not in grass. Is great for sight seeing and window shopping, not much room to carry a lot of extras. Easy to fold and place in the vehicle.

Easy to build and transport. Seat comfort is reasonable. The handle bar or seat should be front back adjustable its a reach to the handlebar. I want it go at least 15% faster in forward. Its a little complicated or difficult to learn to change settings. Maybe just have a additional key position to go into settings.

Received product with a cracked battery box but customer service was excellent replaced the box in a timely matter. This is an excellent product quality is good I would recommend
