Coverage Details
- 12 months: Frame, motor, and mechanical or electrical components
- 6 months: Battery, tires, fabric seat, seat back, and seat cushion
If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, Journey may repair or replace the affected part or product with a new or refurbished component. Some replacement parts may be shipped with instructions for self-installation.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or shipping
- Unauthorized repairs or product modifications
- Environmental damage such as exposure to extreme heat, cold, or humidity
- Battery performance decline due to extended or heavy use
- Labor costs associated with installation or service
